1. Terms of Service

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. This store operates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. All products listed are subject to availability and verification. We reserve the right to decline service, modify pricing structures, or cancel order inquiries at our discretion without liability.

2. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Custom Made-to-Order Exemption: In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 (Article 40, Paragraph 2), the standard 14-day unconditional return/exchange right does not apply to goods manufactured to consumer specifications or personalized explicitly. Because every item is individually custom-printed upon your direct order request, all sales are final.

Manufacturing Faults or Printing Errors: If you receive an item that has a distinct structural fabric defect, severe printing error, or is the wrong size/item due to our error, we will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement. You must notify our customer concierge within 48 hours of package delivery via our contact form, providing clear photograph evidence of the issue.

Sizing Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for reviewing standard sizing frameworks prior to submission. We cannot issue refunds or production exchanges for wrong sizes ordered due to user oversight.

3. Shipping, Handling & Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Agreements

Delivery parameters operate as stated across our storefront (50.00 EGP flat rate, or complimentary for orders over 500.00 EGP). When selecting Cash on Delivery (COD), you enter a binding contractual commitment to accept and settle payment for the package upon courier arrival.

Frivolous refusal to accept packages, intentional non-responsiveness to courier communications, or malicious delivery avoidance inflicts direct logistical financial damages on our business. We reserve the right to blacklist offending client records and data endpoints from all future collection acquisitions.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Processing

Your personal details (Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, and Selection Preferences) are processed strictly to secure delivery fulfillment and trace direct communication links.

We use secure, quiet processing pathways via third-party transmission protocols (Formspree) and local delivery partners. We do not distribute, sell, or rent customer metrics to external marketing conglomerates. Your digital checkout actions remain confidential.

5. Limitation of Liability

This website and its digital assets are provided on an "as-is" basis. We offer no guarantees that the underlying host server lines will be continuously uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall our collective design house be held legally liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental structural damages arising out of the performance or wear of our apparel products.
